What are the day-to-day duties for this entry level position?: There is no typical day. Planning, preparations and execution of sales and marketing presentations are vital to our relationship with our clients.

Employee evaluations are performed on a weekly basis rather than quarterly or yearly. As we expand and take on more clients we will fill management positions internally.
What are the opportunities for advancement in this position?: Houston Texas Consulting only promotes from within our company. All employees begin their career at the entry level. There is no seniority. All employees will have the opportunity to advance into a management role, should they choose to do so.
Will my lack of experience hurt my chances of being successful?: No. Regardless of experience, we provide full corporate training for all of our employees. Ambition and willingness to learn are great indicators of success.
